3^rd “Satguru Jagjit Singh Sangeet Samellan” concluded yesterday. Avtar kaur commenced the musical evening with raag yaman and became a role model for youngsters who concealed their talent. After that Ustad Surjit Singh Ji played Raag Maru Bihag on Sarangi along with Shri Kirpal Singh Panesar on Dilruba and mesmerized whole audience with their soulful musical notes. In the end Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan took up the heartbeats of all the listeners, his heartfelt notes created such an ambience that every one become spell bounded on this Sri Satguru Ji said “the way he played today is like never seen before”.  His musical counterpart Ustad Sukhwinder Singh ‘pinky’ showed his energetic skills on tabla and rose up the heat. Yesterday’s evening has left an indelible mark on the memories of every individual which will never get fade.
